Will a 10x4.5 cartridge fit my housing?
Yes if your housing is the standard 10x4.5 size (10" Big Blue). Cartridges are universal by size — any 10x4.5 cartridge fits any 10x4.5 housing regardless of brand. Match the length, diameter and micron.
How often should I change it?
Change every 2–3 months. Hard or dirty water shortens that; a pressure drop or returning taste/odour is your cue to swap sooner.
Which micron rating should I choose?
Lower micron = finer filtration but faster clogging. For sediment, 5 micron is the common all-rounder; 1 micron for fine silt, 20–50 for heavy grit as a first stage.
